Recently upgraded and extended to an exacting standard while retaining its original charm, Helena is a truly wonderful holiday base to enjoy all that Elie has to offer. We have many guests who return again and again. The cottage comprises open plan lounge/dining/kitchen with solid oak hardwood flooring, wall mounted flatscreen digital television (freeview channels), adjoining double and twin bedrooms, spacious contemporary shower room and utility store with washing machine/tumble drier.

The brand new kitchen is a real feature of the property, fully equipped with gas hob, electric oven, chrome extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with ice box and CD player. It is open plan to the lounge/dining room with patio doors fully opening on to the courtyard garden with table and chairs for relaxing with a coffee or glass of wine – a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy Elie’s typically sunny weather.

Minora Cottage

Completely refurbished and freshly decorated throughout, Minora is a delightful spacious upper apartment. Situated on Links Road at the desirable Earlsferry end of Elie, this bright and sunny holiday home has wonderful views over the golf course and to the sea in the distance. This is a great holiday base to enjoy all that Elie has to offer and is only moments’ walk from the award winning sandy beach.

There is so much to do here – golf, tennis, bowling, watersports, coastal walks, restaurants and cafes offering local produce and quaint pubs with beer gardens – Enjoy!

Entrance Hall – Ample storage cupboards which also contain hoover, ironing board, clothes drier etc. The washing machine is also located here.

Living room – Comfortably furnished, this is a sunny room with lovely outlook. There are 2 large comfy sofas (one is a sofa bed)  and 32” wall mounted flatscreen digital television with freeview channels.

Double bedroom – A spacious double bedroom accessed from the living room with ample hanging and storage space. This room also overlooks the golf course.

Dining kitchen – Newly installed bright modern spacious kitchen. Fully fitted with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, CD player and ample utensils/crockery. 2 large windows look out over the red pantile roofs and catch the morning sun. A great place to relax with a coffee in the morning. Dining table with 4 chairs. Attractive light oak effect flooring.

Shower room – A brand new and contemporary shower room with large walk in shower, white modern basin and wc and striking slate effect tiles.

Pilgrims Way

Pilgrim's Way is a delightful upper apartment of a traditional detached house situated towards the Earlsferry end of Elie and just yards from the award winning sandy beach. Enjoy a stroll along the sands taking in the breathtaking views of The Bass Rock, Isle of May and North Berwick Law. With so much to do for all the family, this is an ideal location , just minutes walk from The Sports Club (nine hole golf, tennis, putting, bowling) and The Pavilion Cafe. Also located nearby is The 19th Hole pub/restaurant, ideal for family dining in a relaxed atmosphere.  For the adventurous, the Water sports Centre at the harbour has water skiing, inflatable's, windsurfing, pedal boats and you can also hire bikes.

Pilgrim's Way is a bright and spacious property comprising large lounge leading through to breakfast area and fully fitted kitchen, large double bedroom, second bedroom with two sets of bunkbeds and family bathroom.

No smoking in the house and no pets please.

The Haven

The Haven is a fantastic cottage for holidays in Elie. Located at the Earlsferry end, just off Links Road by the golf course, it is just minutes’ walk from the award winning sandy beach and Elie Sports Club with golf, tennis, putting and bowls. A favourite with many of our guests, The Haven is a delightful detached 2 bedroom cottage with sunny enclosed garden.

Entrance Porch – A bright entrance porch with box seat and cushion to sit and admire the garden. If you lift the lid of the seat, buckets and spades, fishing nets and swingball are provided for fun in the garden or adventures on the beach and rock pools!

Living room/kitchen diner – A bright spacious open plan room with comfy leather sofas and living flame gas fire. The flat screen t.v. has integrated digital freeview channels and there is a dvd player with an assortment of dvds. A selection of magazines/comics are also provided. The modern kitchen has gas hob and oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge with ice box and all the usual appliances/utensils including DeLonghi coffee maker (espresso/cappuccino) with complimentary illy coffee pods,  and CD player. There is a large oak table with seating for six.

Bedroom 1 – Situated on the ground floor this bedroom has a triple bunk (full double bed with single bed above).There is a wall mounted flatscreen t.v. with digital channels and built in dvd player and a selection of dvds.

Bedroom 2 – Located upstairs and accessed by an ornamental spiral staircase, this is a bright sunny room with double bed and ample drawers and hanging space. There is a t.v with built in video and a selection of videos for lazy mornings

Bathroom – Located on the ground floor, this contemporary bathroom has just been completely refurbished with modern white w.c., basin and bath with electric shower over. With natural sandstone effect tiles, the underfloor heating will keep your toes warm!

Garden – a beautiful colourful garden with plenty of space for the children to play. The garden is completely enclosed, very private and catches the sun all day long. Sit at the wooden table with 6 chairs and enjoy a coffee or glass of wine. (parasol and bbq provided). A great way to unwind.

Cleek Cottage

Traditional cottage situated minutes from the long sandy beach and overlooking Elie Golf Course. The interior has been sympathetically renovated to retain its character and charm. As well as full gas central heating, the spacious sitting room has an open fire and the well equipped kitchen has an attractive dining area for sociable cooks. Patio doors lead from the kitchen to a secluded sun trap of a garden with bar-b-que and patio furniture.

Apart from a change in level involving 5 steps the cottage is all on one level and comprises:-

Sitting Room - A very attractive and beachy feel to this room with pine panelled walls, original oak floor, traditional fireplace with open fire, comfy sofas (one of which is a double sofa bed), colour tv and video with sky sports and sky movie packages. Superb views of Elie Golf Course.

Hallway - A quirky feature of the hallway are the inbuilt cabin bunks - two adult sized bunk beds - the kids would find this fun - the adults may prefer the sofa bed in the sitting room!

Bedroom - Double bed, bedside tables, hanging rail for clothes.

Kitchen/Dining Room - A very attractive and homely kitchen well equipped with full sized fridge/freezer, electric double oven, dishwasher, microwave etc. At one end of the kitchen are patio doors leading out to the garden, the other side ample dining space with dining table/chairs.

Bathroom - White suite with bath, shower over bath, wc and wh basin, full tiled floor.

Outside - To the side of the cottage is access for bikes to be taken through to the garden at the rear. The garden itself is idyllic, a real sun trap and very secluded.  There is a garden shed with bikes and golf clubs which you are free to use.
