A real luxury property, this house sleeps 8 and is located in the oldest part of Anstruther and only 14ft from the sea, the house boasts probably some of the best views in the area of Anstruther.


We do allow well behaved dogs but there is a charge for additional cleaning as well as a few house rules. If you would like to bring your dog please call to discuss.

The accommodation comprises of 3 double bedrooms (1 en suite) and 1 twin room . It is warm and comfortable as well as being well fitted out. It has heated floor tiles in the bathroom along with a freestanding tub bath. The dining room, kitchen and living room are on the second floor and have stunning views out over the North sea towards the Bass Rock and Berwick.

Located on the East Neuk of Fife Anstruther is only a few miles from  St Andrews, Elie, Pittenweem, Crail, Cellardyke and Kingsbarns.

There are loads of activities to do in the Town. The location of the house gives you the benefit of being centrally based but tucked away from the immediate hustle and bustle of a thriving town.

The sitting room is located on the first floor with views across the sea. It is traditionally decorated and furnished with 2 sofas, a comfortable armchair. There is a large television with SKY TV (standard channels), DVD player. MP3 sound system and radio. It also has a fully working open fire place. This room leads into the dining area and kitchen. Also located on this floor is the main bathroom.

Kitchen/Dining room is located on the first floor. The dining area has a large oak dining table seating 8 with views out to sea. The kitchen consists of a fridge, electric hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. There is a hall cupboard between the first and second floor in this is a fridge/freezer, vacuum cleaner, travel cot and highchair.

The bathroom is located on the first floor. It is luxuriously decorated. It has a roll top bath with a separate shower, toilet and washbasin. It has two heated towel rails and underfloor heating. Also on this floor are the lounge and kitchen/dining area.

Ground floor bedrooms - This is oldest part of the house which dates back to 1650. There is a toilet with washbasin and access to the drying area.

Twin. This room has timber beams and 2 large comfortable single beds. Chest of drawers and a hairdryer.
Double. This room we call the library, it has timber beams, a very comfortable king size bed with wardrobe and hairdryer. Lovely soft furnishings set in a room with so much character.

Third floor bedrooms

A very large room with double bed, chest of drawers, hairdryer and TV.  Wonderful views across Anstruther harbour, the Firth of  Forth and the coast.

This bedroom also has a large double bed, It is en-suite, consisting of shower, toilet, washbasin and heated towel rail. This room also has stunning views where you can see the sun and moon rise.
